Hence, I contacted them via their ticket system. The system automatically replied me with an email stating that my issue was successfully received, and the ticket has been opened for my request. The time I requested for the support was 10.22 PM as shown below.

My original question to them was : “Hi, my name is Mike Lee and I have few questions regarding the BulwarkHost hosting service. Does BulwarkHost offer dedicated or special WordPress hosting plan?”

After two minutes, at 10.24 PM, I got their reply. They provided me with an honest answer, and I was satisfied with the support provided. BulwarkHost support team responded within two minutes and I am impressed by the efficiency of their customer support. Overall, I had a happy experience with them. They have good customer support and the staffs are polite.
